Website Hosting and Maintenance Plans
Every business website needs hosting, an SSL certificate, regular updates and backups, and somebody has to keep up with all of it. We do that for you, watch for downtime and make the small edits you send. Basic is $84/mo, Advanced is $120/mo, and either plan gets you a FREE 10-page website.

What Your Hosting Plan Covers
A list of hosting terms doesn’t tell you much unless you work on websites for a living. Here’s what each line on our plans means and what it saves you from.
- Theme, plugin and security updates
- The theme is the design your site is built on, and plugins are the add-ons that run pieces like your contact form. The people who make them put out updates all the time, and a lot of those fix security holes. We install them for you, so your site stays current instead of slowly falling behind until something stops working.
- cPanel Linux hosting
- Your site runs on Linux hosting that we manage, with cPanel as the control panel behind it. Because we’re the host, there’s no separate hosting company for you to chase down when something’s wrong.
- SSL certificate
- It’s what puts the https at the start of your web address, and it encrypts what people type into your contact form before it’s sent. Without one, browsers mark your site “Not secure,” and an expired one can put a full-page warning in front of visitors. It comes with the plan, and we keep it renewed.
- Website monitoring
- If your site goes down, we hear about it. You shouldn’t have to find out from a customer who couldn’t pull up your phone number.
- Text or image changes
- Basic comes with 3 a month and Advanced with 6. You tell us what’s out of date, and we fix it on the site for you. Here’s what counts as a change.
- Backups
- Basic saves a copy of your site once a month, and Advanced saves one every day. If an update goes wrong or a page gets deleted by mistake, there’s a working version we can put back.
- A FREE 10-page website
- Both plans include a 10-page website at no extra cost, and it gets the same hosting, updates and backups listed above. Here’s how we build the free website.

Only Two Things Change Between the Plans
Everything else is identical on both. What the extra $36 a month on Advanced buys you is more room to change things and a much newer backup if you ever need one.
Text or image changes
3 a month on Basic, 6 a month on Advanced
Backups
Once a month on Basic, every day on Advanced
The same on both plans
- Theme, plugin and security updates
- cPanel Linux hosting
- SSL certificate
- Website monitoring
- FREE 10-page website
Advanced tends to suit sites that change a lot, like a business that posts new specials, adjusts prices or adds job photos most weeks. If your site mostly stays the same, Basic will probably cover it. Whichever you pick, it comes with a 5-month agreement.
Hosting keeps your site online, but it won’t move you up in Google searches by itself. That’s what our local SEO plans work on, and they cover your hosting and updates too.
A Change Can Be as Small as a New Photo
Most of the edits a business needs on its website are small, like new hours for the season or a price that’s gone up, and that’s what your monthly changes are for.
Counts as a change
- Swapping in a new photo
- Updating your hours, holiday hours included
- Changing a price or a special
- Adding a service to a list that’s already on the site
- Fixing a typo or a detail that’s wrong
- Putting in a new phone number or email address
A brand-new page or a redesign is a bigger job than a change, so we’ll talk that through with you first.
To send a change, call or text us at (972) 838-5038, or email brendan@conroeseoexperts.com. Tell us which page it’s on and what it should say, and send any new photo along with it.
What Working With Us Is Like
Really impressed with the professionalism and communication. Brendan was reliable, honest, and easy to work with. Everything was handled quickly and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend.
When Something Goes Wrong With Your Site
What’s the difference between monthly and daily backups?
It comes down to how much you’d have to redo. If something goes wrong, a daily backup means you lose a day of changes at most. With monthly backups, the newest saved copy might be weeks old, and anything changed since then has to be done over.
What happens if my website goes down?
Getting it back up is on us. Our monitoring flags the outage, and whether the trouble is on the server or in the site itself, we’re the ones who fix it, so you don’t have to call around or log in anywhere.
Can you promise my site will never get hacked?
No, and no hosting company can. What we can do is keep your themes and plugins current, since out-of-date ones are among the most common ways in, and if something ever does get through, the backups give us a clean copy to put back.
Which Hosting Plan Fits Your Site?
Call us or send the form, and tell us how often things like your hours, prices or photos change. That’s usually what decides between Basic and Advanced, and either one comes with your FREE 10-page website.
