1Consent to Receive Texts
These terms apply when you send a text message to our business number or give us permission to send text messages to your mobile number. Submitting the contact form on this website does not enroll you in text messages.
Text messages relate to your inquiries about our services, your account and the work we are performing for you, including updates and reminders. We do not send promotional or marketing messages by text.
Message frequency varies with your inquiry or the work in progress. All text messages are sent from (972) 838-5038.
2Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further text messages will be sent.
To opt back in, send a text message to (972) 838-5038 or tell us by phone.
3Help

4Message and Data Rates
We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive, according to your wireless plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
5Message Delivery
Text messages are delivered through wireless carrier networks. Delivery is not guaranteed, and messages may be delayed or not delivered. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6Mobile Information
We do not sell mobile information. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. It is shared only with the service provider that delivers our text messages, and only for that purpose.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Information collected through this website is covered by our Privacy Policy.

7Plans and Billing
Plan descriptions and prices are listed on our pricing page.
Hosting plans require a 5-month agreement. SEO plans and Local Service Ads plans are billed month to month. There are no setup fees.
8Included Website
Each plan includes a 10-page website at no additional cost. Hosting and updates for the website are included with hosting plans and SEO plans. Local Service Ads plans do not include hosting.
9Advertising Spend
The monthly fee for a Local Service Ads plan covers management of your ads. Advertising spend is separate from that fee and is paid to Google.
10No Guarantee of Results
Search rankings and ad placement are determined by Google. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, position, number of calls or other result.

11Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. This version is effective October 13, 2026, and replaces the version dated August 26, 2025.
